Returns and Exchanges

Whilst we’re confident that you’ll love your new Cromia bag, we appreciate that there are some circumstances in which you may need to return or exchange an item.

This Returns policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, pursuant to which you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us.

Change of mind purchases and exchanges

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, if you change your mind about a purchase, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  1. You request a refund or exchange (as applicable) by emailing us at with a reason for the refund or exchange.
  2. The item is returned within 14 days of the date of delivery.
  3. The item is returned with a copy of the original receipt.
  4. The item is unworn, unused and in its original condition with all labels and tickets still attached, in the original, complete packaging.

Other than in the case of faulty goods, all charges for returning goods to us will be your responsibility. It is your responsibility to ensure that goods to be returned arrive safely at our return address. We recommend you use a trackable shipping service to return any goods as we don’t guarantee any return shipping service.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected for compliance with these terms and conditions. If you have requested a refund, and your request is in accordance with our terms and conditions, we’ll process the refund against your original form of payment (excluding delivery costs) within 3 business days of receipt of the returned goods.
